Pat Ackeifi, RN, BSN
As Founder and Care Manager, I am blessed to lead the vision and operations of Xcel Care. I have 28 years of experience as a clinical RN in hospital, assisted living, and home care settings.
In addition to developing care management plans and supervising the work of our incredible team of duty aides, I am personally involved in the practical care of clients.
My contributions as a nurse also include referrals to professionals or organizations as needs are identified.
